With over 18 years in the construction industry, I have personally been involved with hands on experience in carpentry, and reinforce concrete. During my years of construction work, I obtained my associates degree in construction management and my bachelor’s in architecture. I’m also a member of CMAA, and NCARB (Construction Managers Association of America & National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) I have been exposed working on large complex projects with deep excavations, contaminated soils,  underpinning & pile foundation, pour in place concrete, tunnel excavation supports, structural steel, masonry and waterproofing. Over 10 years with city agencies such as Department of Enviromental Protection, DASNY, Department of Design & Construction, and NYC School Construction Authority.

Interior work I designed and managed jobs that consisted interior apartment conversions, ADA design, structural and non-structural wall removal, historic façade preservation, and fire prevention. Along with my field and design experience I have acted as owner’s representative on several projects, the work included contractor’s due diligence, budget analysis, change order review and negotiations, critical path method scheduling. My clients know me for great problem solving skills and with a go getter attitude. Please feel free to reach me for a consultation.
